"My passenger side window regulator failed, and it sounded like the window shattered. I called them, and was told they would need to order window, but got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was very polite, and the technician was waiting as I walked in the door and took my van right away. Was done very quickly, when I went to pay was told the window did not shatter, and they only charger me to replace the regulator. They could have charged me for a window too, and I would have never known. Honest and reliable service, gets 5 stars from me, will definitely do business with them again if needed."
