"The actual work was good. However the customer service was Not good at all. I got my vehicle back one week late and I had to call them to get any information on what is going on . According to them it took 4 additional days to have my vehicle detailed and the final inspection completed. I was told I would get a call back on the 3rd day of awaiting this detail service and inspection. No call. I called my insurance company on the 4th day of this and magically got my vehicle back one week late. No apologies from anyone."

"I had a nice experience with Caliber fixing my vehicle. The front staff ladies were pleasant, they communicated well for the whole process of my car being in their possession. They gave me an estimate of a month for the work needing done but my car was done shortly after 2 weeks! My car looks GREAT! Thank you, I will be referring anyone I know in need of body/paint work to this place!"

"Progressive used this in network shop to repair my truck. When I picked it up it was filthy. The truck bed had shop dust all in it with shoe prints it has a hard cover they had to remove for repairs therefore it was not like this when I brought it in. The truck had overspray all over except the repair areas. I took it back and spoke with Eddie the manager who agreed it was overspray and assured us they would get it taken care of. I picked it up 3 business days later and all the did was wash it. Now I have to pay for a full detail. The photos of the windshield are worth a 1000 words."
