"I’m still waiting for my court date so idk how good of a attorney mr Charles is they are nice people but I feel like they could work on their communication with me I never hear anything from them if something comes up and I have to do something thats involved with my case I never hear from them until a day or two beforehand and me working 8-5 Monday through Friday it makes it very frustrating trying to get off work with such short notice I’ll let everyone know more about this firm after my court date thanks."

"Charles Grose was the absolute worse attorney I have ever dealt with in my life!!! He is very unprofessional and do not have his stuff together!! He is never in his office and neither is his secretary. We drove 60 miles one way to his office only for him to tell us that he forgot we were coming or he haven’t had time to get to our case. He and his secretary made appts for conference calls and never even called!!! And this was about a lawsuit!!! I wouldn’t dare recommending him for a criminal case, u may get a thousand years!!!
