"I brought my car in for an oil change a couple days ago which included a tire rotation as part of the service. I had an appointment. While I was waiting, a lady walked in with a nail in her tire and they took her and moved her in front of me, making me have to wait longer. No big deal, I’m pretty patient. When I got home, I realized they didn’t rotate my tires. I called and spoke to someone claiming to be the manager and told me I could bring my car back any time without an appointment and they’d take care of me. I stressed again that I was okay making an appointment because I didn’t want to have to drive 20 minutes there and then have to wait for an hour+ on top of it, and he again said don’t worry about it, I remember you and I’ll take care of you. So I go in today, with no appointment because the ‘manager’ claimed I didn’t need one, and was told I’d have to wait 45 minutes because there are 3 cars ahead of me. The person there today was not the person I spoke on the phone with and I was also informed the person I spoke with was actually not the manager. I left because I did not have time to wait and wasted 40 minutes of my day. I of course understand having to wait (and honestly expected it which is why I tried to make an appointment in advance) when other people are there, but the fact they pushed my car back the last time I was there for a lady with a flat on top of being told I was able to come in with no appointment really irritated and inconvenienced me both last time and today. There was a lot of unprofessionalism during my first experience and today just did it for me. Charging people $100 for a high mileage oil change that’s supposed to include additional services like a tire rotation, brake check, courtesy inspection, etc. and then not performing those services is not okay though, especially when I’m only paying when I could do it at home to save myself time. Lying to customers claiming to be a manager when you’re not is also asinine. So much unnecessary wasted time and money."

"Would love to give 0 stars. Had them mount and balance new tires. They did not balance them properly the first time so I returned and had them rebalanced. They still were not balanced properly so I went back a 3rd time and was told it was my shocks that were causing the issues. Took it elsewhere and the tires were out of balance as suspected. Went back to get a refund since I didn't receive the service I paid for and they refused and said I had to contact corporate, but somehow they didn't have the contact information for corporate. Go elsewhere."

"Everyone who works here was extremely nice, but their prices are ridiculous! I went to get my flat tire repaired expected it to be $20 when I picked up my tire I was informed it was $50! They said they aren’t allowed to use plugs here that is why it’s so expensive. If you’re charging more than double the normal price for a service you should tell people that beforehand!"

"Booked an apointment for an oil change and spent an hour waiting before they even started on my car. To make matters worse as I drove away luckily I had my windows down as I started smelling burrning oil. I pulled over popped the hood and noticed oil was spraying everywhere as they never put the cap back on. Pretty dangerous and could have caused fire. Not too happy about the mess on my brand new car. Will never come back"

"5 Stars from me today and on a Sunday holiday weekend no less! Jessica was super helpful in fitting me in first thing and getting new tires on my GMC. She also helped us a few weeks ago with our other vehicle. This woman goes far above the level of customer service that most stores lack. Thank you so much for all of the help!
