"Lost oil cap and overfilled oil. Replacement cap they provided is complete wrong size. Horrible service. Went back the next day and John from jiffy lube was very apologetic and drained and refilled oil and gave me all my money back. Thank you John"

"John and his crew were very nice. The wait was long but it isn't their fault. Things have changed after the pandemic. They kept me informed of every thing that was taking place. I have gone to them in the past and will continue to do so."

"Don't bother coming here. I know I never will again. They left my car very dirty with a HEAVY grease and oil layer on exterior, interior, seats, pedals, floor mats, etc. Check out the photo of my rock rail/step... It's like they poured grease on it. I don't even know how a person walks around that dirty. After the oil change, there was so much grease on the brake pedal that it was a bit questionable to drive the few miles home. The kicker was that they removed my engine air filter and showed it to me to try to get me to up-charge. I did not give permission for them to remove it or touch the interior/exterior of my car in this manner, but that didn't stop them. When they removed the glove box, they did not even put it back in all the way and it fell out the next day when I opened it. Also, they used a tiny elastic mesh portion of the lower dash to 'pull' themselves out from under there and it is entirely stretched out and unusable. Just yuck. Avoid at all costs. Shady management and operations. Side note: dude in charge who was working that day gave me all kinds of attitude about getting out of my vehicle. I feel sorry for the women working here. At a minimum they owe me a new elastic lower dash pocket and a detailed cleaning, but I know that will never happen."
