"This place is great! They were so kind and friendly, even on a Sunday morning! Our tire blew out on Saturday and we were 4 hours away from home, they took it right in on Sunday morning and had it done so quickly!! Appreciate them so much!! Great service, great people!"

"Amazing service, I got four brakes, rotors, and tires replaced as well as my wipers, an oil change and they changed my brake fluid. They got it all done within hours and were incredibly kind and helpful. Shout out to Josh and David! I will 100% be back if I need anything else!"

"UPDATE: Sean (southeast Mavis rep) took amazing care of me and got me a new wheel to replace the damaged one. I updated the review from 1 to 3 stars following this. This is a strange situation because while Sean was great, I still can't advise anyone with high quality wheels to get work done at this location unless the equipment is repaired/replaced to not damage wheel mount points. Had Mavis install a tire I bought through Amazon on a BRAND NEW wheel. I unboxed the wheel in the shop and had a whole conversation with the employee about issues with shops chipping/scratching wheels. Employee said "we'll do our best". After installation, the wheel was rolled out into the lobby heavily scratched and chipped around the lug & hub holes. I had the employee enter a "Vehicle Incident Report" and will modify this review based on the outcome of that."

"I went to Mavis knowing my car had some issues and I was very nervous regarding payment and getting everything fixed. Joe and his entire team at Mavis in Summerville helped me understand what needed to be done, get financing squared away, and truly just lifted a weight off my shoulders helping me get my car fixed up. "Actual score 2.5. Pricing was fair, my issue was workmanship. Car drove fine going in, just needed two new front tires. Upon leaving I noticed a hard pull to the right, I gave it several days to correct before taking it back. Mavis readjusted the alignment for free, but I had to wait longer than expected and the vehicle still pulled to the right, just not as bad. I’ll end up taking it somewhere else and after the time and alignment I’ll end up overpaying for the tires."
