I love the people who work behind the counters. I miss the candy bins that I used to buy the chocolate covered jelly rings. I happen to like the items. Ok I am off to pick up my prescriptions."

"Went in today to inquire about a knee scooter that was prescribed for my mother. The young girl at the counter wasn't sure, so an older woman came over. She explained that Medicare doesn't cover it and they don't accept my mom's secondary insurance. As I asked about other options, she interrupted me extremely snarkily to restate that it wasn't covered. I would have had no issue buying or renting it out of pocket, but wasn't even given the option. When I asked if there was anywhere else I may be able to check, she angrily said no and walked away. If you don't want to deal with customers, maybe you shouldn't be working with them. I won't ever give this store a dime of business. EDIT: Whoever responded to this review needs to understand that I was NOT given any rental or purchase options. It may be your policy to explain options to the customer, but that is not what happened in reality. The clerk was annoyed that I was even there. Fix your staff issue. It cost your business a sale today."
