"All the AI answering service tried to do it was get me to go onto the website, I couldn’t talk to a living, breathing mammal. I had a simple question about getting a table top glass, and I couldn’t get there unless I wanted to use the website. No one should assume that everyone has access to a website in my opinion. I gave up and went to another company that actually talked to me."

"I care more than I should about my car (Ferrari 430 Spider) and recognize it's not the easiest car to service, so I checked out Safelite (formerly Glasspro) and liked what I saw. Being an uncommon car, I had to order the glass myself which created some complications on Safelite's end, but they happily helped me work through all the difficulties. I finally managed to get them the correct materials and they replaced the windshield today. I was invited in the shop with the technicians and really enjoyed the experience. I could see right away that each of them took great pride in their workmanship. At the same time they made me feel like one of the crew and patiently answered every question I could think of. My car proved more difficult than they anticipated and they continually apologized for what they felt was taking a long time, but personally I was grateful for the patient and careful approach to the job. Really - if you need to have a windshield worked on - this is the place to go - don't waste your time going to a dealer (they'll call in Safelite anyhow). Everyone here has a great work ethic and delivers a high quality result!"

"Made reservation online. Confirmation said to be there at 7:30 am for work to be completed that morning. Obviously a system glitch because the glass needed to complete the work was not going to arrive until after lunch. The manager eventually realized my situation (specially equipped vehicle used every day for route) and figured out a way to get the work done later that afternoon. Overall a good experience. They do need a better sign on the building. Location was difficult to find initially."

"They were quickly able to schedule an at home appointment for 2 days after Christmas to fix a chip on my windshield. The repair took less than 20 minutes and Jesse was able to talk me through the whole process. After he finished with the chip, he took a shop vac and cleaned the front two seats of the truck. Pleasant service and speedy repair!"
