It wasn’t hardly driving and their team did what they could and replaced my spark plugs and cleaned everything up in an hour and for a great price. "Several months ago, a member of our family went here for an oil change and tire rotation. It took over 2 hours for them to do an oil change, and they only let her know they couldn't also do her tire rotation as she was checking out. I went today for a simple oil change. When we got there, one car had just pulled into the 1st lane, and another car was in front of us in the 2nd lane. Some 45 minutes later, the techs had completed both of those cars plus 2 more that got there after us. No word from anyone. When we told them forget it, we're leaving, the tech from lane 2 said he'd taken another car out of order ahead of us because they just needed... a simple tire rotation. I guess they do those now. Any shop can have an off-day. But twice in a row over a period of a few months is more indicative of an ongoing problem. Would not recommend this location."

I got greeted 3 times before they even started working on my car, and I was flattered they were all making sure I got the advice and assistance I needed. They also were so efficient and understanding and helped answer any questions I had! Brionna was especially helpful and got to work right away on my car, not to mention she was incredibly friendly!! Very great experience will always be stopping by this Jiffy Lube now"
