"Dropped my truck off to get a GMC emblem installed at 7:30 a.m. and here is it the next day at 2 p.m. and my truck is not ready. I didn’t receive a call to inform me they would have to keep my truck overnight. I have called 5 times to get a status update and was told someone would call me back. I called again and was told the technician that is working on my truck is test driving another car. Worst Customer service ever!!! It is too easy to call a customer to give them an update on their vehicle. In my opinion it doesn’t take this long to just install emblems on to vehicle. This will be the last time I use this dealership."
