"We are from another town as the seller and agreed to use this firm. We have yet to close due to extenuating circumstances, but so far I am appalled at the incompetency of this man. I called on Monday because I had a bad feeling his numbers didn’t align with mine. Sure enough he was over $2000 off with payoff figure and didn’t show the second mortgage being deducted. ?? I told him I really should have used our attorney, and he told me another attorney would charge me double??? I immediately called my attorney, and go figure, they would charge the same amount. I should have immediately withdrawn from his inept services. The closing was delayed two more days which changed the payoff again. He sent me a new figure and again different from the bank because once again, I followed up on my own. I am beside myself with fury that I am having to pay someone and do their job too!!!!!!! Thank goodness I will never need their services again, nor will I recommend them to anyone!"
