"CVS has really gone downhill. There's practically no one running the store anymore. They are always out of stock, long lines, drive through most of the time is closed, they don't notify me of medications being ready or on hold; this has been a constant issue. Complaining doesn't seem to do anything. Will do business elsewhere!"

"Impossible to get through to the person to talk when calling. The most annoying automated message system. I have a sick 1.5 yo child and antibiotics prescription was sent at 10am to be filled out. Called multiple times throughout the day to get a status. After finally getting out of automated responses and on the line to the actual person NOONE IS EVER PICKING UP THE PHONE!!!! 6:30pm still no update on the prescription status!!!"
