"This place was terrible and the staff were incompetent. I made an appointment to get 2 tires put on and alignment for a 2017 Audi Q7 which is an SUV. When I pulled up they were questioning if the car was high enough to get on the alignment rack which is nuts since it’s a stock SUV. Then (without looking anything up) they proceeded to tell me they can’t align it because of all the “cameras”. They said they would try and my appointment was for 1pm, which I was 5 min early for. I came back an hour later and they had not touched my car. They also tried to tell me they wouldn’t install my brand new oem sensors since I didn’t buy from them. They wanted me to get them from autozone. I ended up taking my vehicle without letting the do the work because I had no confidence in their abilities. I kind of got the vibe they didn’t want to do anything since it was the holidays. Would never go there again which is a shame since it’s 2 minutes from my home."

"My first choice was Discount Tire, but none in Bluffton so I set up an appointment at this Fire Stone to put Toyo tires on my son’s car. We showed up a few days later at the apartment. Lo and behold they didn’t have the tires, and our appointment was at 10am today so they had plenty of time to notify us the tires weren’t there. Imagine that??! They immediately tried pushing Fire Stone junk tires on us. I don’t think they even ordered the tires we asked for so they can try to push their Fire Stone junk on us in the first place. We didn’t fall for their scheme and we’re going to Discount Tire from now on. Where we should have went in the first place."

"We were heading back home at 4:30 this morning when our tire popped on the interstate with 4 kids in tow. Got the spare tire on and finally after 2.5 hours of waiting until a shop opened we stopped at the first shop where they couldn’t help us. Thankfully Firestone was open and they could get us in right away. Turns out all of our tires were long over due for an upgrade so we went with a full set of new tires and they got them on quickly so we could get back on the road. It’s been a frustrating morning, but thankful that Dan and his team helped us in a desperate situation! They were kind and so helpful! Thanks so much!"
