"The customer service definitely needs improvement! I totally understand having to wait for parts to come in for other companies. When you tell your customer that it should be ready either Nov 30 or Dec 1 and the customer has to call your company first thing in the morning to get a status on it, only to find out that the person working on your job will not be in for another 45 minutes. So I call back approximately 45 minutes later and get old that they have not received the parts. Not sure who the owner is and if it is who I am dealing with I doubt I will be back or even recommend someone to come in there."

"Won’t stand behind their “warranties,” products, or work, even for repeat customers that spend large sums of money with them. Any issue you have automatically becomes something you did wrong, instead of something they did. Customer service is pitiful. Wait times are long. Staff have personalities like a brick wall. They treat you like an inconvenience in their day, instead of a paying customer. If you don’t mind spending your hard earned money with people that don’t care if you do business with them or not, then this is the place for you!"
