"I actually bought a Cadillac today! The process itself was great. We worked with Chris and he was knowledgeable and very forthcoming on everything pertaining to the sale. All the staff we spoke with were awesome. However, they onl had one person for finance and that wait was long. For a Saturday, it seemed odd to only have one person doing the final paperwork for all the sales. I would still recommend shopping here for your vehicles, no pressure and they work with you! (We bought used, researched other pricing and vehicles in other locations, and we got the better quality vehicle for under other sites' pricing.)"

The refreshments were often not replenished regularly. The shuttle drivers were courteous and drove safely. The shuttles were clean. Most of the employees spoke as they passed customers.
