"A few months ago, my godmother brought her vehicle to have an oil leak repaired, paying $1900. The car drove fine with no issues until that oil leak prior to her bringing the car to Brox. After the repair, the car wouldn't start 2 days after retrieving it from the shop, and when it eventually started, it wouldn't accelerate; she called Brox SEVERAL times during business hours and no one answered nor did anyone attempt to return her calls. She ended up taking her vehicle to another shop, where she was able to have the issues she was having after getting it from Brox repaired. When she finally got in contact with the owner of Brox, he was very unprofessional. I'd give this business half of a star if I could. Definitely would not recommend."

Mr. Isadore and his team of mechanics made sure that I was apart of every decision made about my cars fixing and made sure I understood the process without being condescending.
