"I recently had an unpleasant encounter over the phone with two employees of Franklin Pharmacy. After receiving a bill for my deceased father . I called to inquire for the breakdown of the bill that was due . I did have issues with the bill but that was the least of my concerns. My father was their loyal customer for at least ten years . When I informed the pharmacy in my conversations that he had passed away. There was not a single word of condolences expressed even though I was told they were aware who he was and that he was a long time customer of theirs . It’s sad when a business loses their human touch."

"They had a unbelievable price on their web site on Cetaphil for approx. $6.58 for a 20 oz. jar so I purchased six. Approx. 2 days later they canceled my order saying their out of stock. I looked on their web site and found 16 oz. jars for approx. $17.50 I called up the store and spoke to Grant I believe. He stated he was out of stock. So I said send me the 16 oz. jars for the same price. He said no. I'm not a lawyer but have years of law enforcement under my belt and it smells like bait and switch. Thanks for nothing Franklin Square Pharmacy!!!"
