"I always do self service wash. Sometimes the machine charges my card $4. Sometimes it charges $10!! For a 5 minute wash! I need to speak to someone about this. At first I thought it was a fluke but it's Happening all the time now !!!"

"This is by far the best exterior car wash in Charleston... possibly the best in South Carolina. The guys who run this place will literally hand wash and scrub everything on the outside of your car. My car was FILTHY, after a year of neglect and no washes. When he was done, he let me know they had to "upcharge me" only $5... I felt bad cause I was expecting a lot more for the upcharge, so I tipped well. Every single time I go through a laserwash or Cactus or anywhere else around here, I have to come home and wipe dirt off areas that were missed. The gentleman who cleaned my car today spent 20 mins scrubbing and powerwashing my entire car, even the roof. No spots were missed, and I took 4 or 5 trips around the car inspecting it. I am honestly speechless, this was the best $20 I have ever spent. BTW, if you have aftermarket wheels, or prefer touchless washes, this is perfect for you. They clean your entire wheels, including the inner drum portions where all the brake dust builds up. 5 stars all day!!!!"
