"This place sold me a car with a shot engine, cleared the codes and cleaned it up to make it seem like a nice car. I had the car less than a month before it was undrarivable do not buy a car from them. Yes it happened over a year ago. I’m just posting about it now because people should know the car started overheating the day I picked it up from you guys and when I called to have you guys look at it again the day after purchase I was sent to another mechanic whom I was expected to pay for."
"I understand that it’s hard to predict catastrophic engine failure, which is why I grant 3 stars. I bought a 2007 suburban LTZ in November of 2021. Truck ran great the first few weeks I drove it, untillll it didn’t. I went to crank it up one morning, a billows of white/grey smoke plumed from the exhaust. Ended up having the engine rebuilt as a result. The lady who helped square me away when I went was friendly. The car was clean on the surface, but upon deeper inspection, it needed to be cleaned more. I paid for a vehicle that was somewhat presentable, with high miles and no warranty. I took a risk, as anyone would when buying a used car, and I paid the price. That’s not the fault of this dealership. Overall, a very neutral experience."
"I had a great experience here! Found my 4Runner on Facebook marketplace. Messaged Shelton on a Sunday and he responded within the hour. I met with the office manager Mackenzie on Monday to test drive. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the vehicle. Sold my car Wednesday morning, went to the bank, and drove off the lot about 12:30 the same day! No major issues except needing 2 new back tires in the near future. But I knew that going in. Other than that only minor things that I personally wanted to change! I felt I got a great deal and Mackenzie was a delight to deal with. I was fortunate enough to pay with cash, because they only offer outside financing, but that was made very clear in the Ad. No surprises there. I’ve only ever dealt with big dealerships until this, but these guys were top notch! Highly recommend!"
"$585 for radiator, covered by warranty, thank goodness I had one for 30 days! $85 for tow, I have AAA should have never been charged for tow! $125 for the second 02 sensor, replaced twice because the first part I was told it shouldn't have been "universal" $65 for first 02 sensor. They offered to pay for the 02 sensor labor when I purchased vehicle. $187 for oil change and 2 belts $450 for thermostat and thermostat housing. After talking to mechanics I was advised the thermostat should have been replaced when the radiator was. Being that this car lot has it's own repair shop, they knew better and was looking for the easy way out of more repairs covered by my warranty. I've been stuck on the side of the road twice with 3 kids!! Currently needs an alignment My advice is have the vehicle you're interested in checked out by your mechanics or get a warranty. Staff is polite, but like any other car dealership they tell you what you want to hear. Get a warranty! I paid 5000 for van and have had to pay well over 2000 in repairs."
"I should have made this review sooner. I bought a 2006 Toyota Sienna, I have had problems ever since. Get a warranty! My radiator went out 1 week after purchase, luckily it was covered under the 30 warranty. But I was still charged 85$ for a tow when my AAA could of towed it for free. If I didn't get a warranty I would been out of another 500$ Every single light notification is on the car. I was told it was all fixed, the car was in their shop twice and still theyre on. These reviews are from the girlfriend that work at the car lot and family. Be careful! And get a warranty! Edit to add since purchase of van. O2 sensor Gas cap 450 for cooling house. Had to buy a spare tire because it didn't come with one. Breaks/ roders 180 for belts $700 to get motor mounts And now I need CV Axel and or bearings. All within one year of my purchase!! I will not take down this review. As your company is scamming people with faulty cars. I paid 5000 CASH for my van and I've had to put in well over $2000 in repairs."
