"Very rude and waste of time. I called to set up a time to have my car looked over, and was told to come there at 10:30.Went there to find out the cost of repairs and the older guys told me to come back the following day at the same time due to person that conducts the estimates was busy at that moment. Today I returned and the guy asked me if I wanted a cash or insurancd estimate. I kindly asked for both and says we aint got the time, without even looking at my car. If they did have the time I would have turned away after this incounter."
"Slow to repair vehicle despite being told they weren't too busy. Voicemails not returned. Phone calls not answered. Promised call backs not received. The person who I needed to talk to isn't available. 7 month long repair, which wasn't even enough time to complete the whole job. Car is filthy inside and out. Widespread dishonesty throughout regarding progress. One of the most aggravating relationships of my lifetime."
"I am very disappointed in the customer service. I took my car there on December 6th to have the bumper painted and was told it would take a few days which was great! It is now January 12th and still no bumper. I finally got it back after New Year's and the painter installed the bumper and the paint did not match. They acted irritated when I told them I wanted it fixed. He removed the bumper again and they still have it. I was told two weeks ago it would be ready and it still is not. Just frustrated with the communication and not following through with what they are telling me. The painted should have noticed the color difference before the bumper was installed and been honest about it. It would have saved him time in the long run and mine as well."
"I will never take my vehicle to any other body shop! Being a woman, I’ve gotten taken advantage of so many times when it comes to my vehicle, and this shop is insanely honest! They seriously took care of me and I am so thankful"
"Took my car here. Received it back with paint spatter inside my car (obvious color match to my paint), a damaged interior door panel (obviously dropped during door replacement), and a damaged infotainment screen (likely used Windex to wipe the screen). I took it back. They claimed they "couldn't have done the damage." They claim my door was definitely not dropped. The white on my door panel is definitely not paint and that they couldn't have damaged my screen as they only use water inside cars to wipe them down. I have a recording of them admitting to using Windex on the indoor of my car as they are doing it RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. They have refused to do anything to remediate any of the issues and claim no fault. To top it all off, it took them nearly 2 months to complete the work. No updates without me calling. Half the time, they don't answer their phone and forget about getting a response to an email. All I wanted was my car back in pre-accident condition. What I have gotten is an absolute nightmare dealing with shady people; I would have listened to my gut when I was dropping it off. Congrats. You got my money. If I could upload the audio, I would. To summarize it though, in the first minute, they claim they only wipe down interiors with water. About seven minutes later, a tech is cleaning some of the paint and I can smell ammonia, so I ask what he's using. His response was "Windex." Shortly thereafter, the guy, who I assume is the owner, comes up and starts berating him in front of me- for cleaning some of the paint and using Windex. It was a very bizarre interaction. To the guy who was getting yelled at, if you read this, you deserve better than this trash of a boss, anf I hope you get out when possible. Notice how dim the screen is in sunlight. This is because of a white film-like layer being on the outer screen. This can be caused by using cleaners on clear plastic. Note the white specs of paint on the speaker grill (without the other issues, I would let this go). Note the scratched surface of the door panel. I would 100% stay away from this business if I were you. Good luck."
