"I dropped off my car at 1045 even though my appointment wasn't scheduled until 1200. I was told my car would be done at 1400. I showed up at 1400, the air filter I needed had not yet been installed. I waited for the filter to be installed and was told my car was ready to go. I stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting to make my payment while hardly being acknowledged. Finally a technician said to me that actually my car wasn't ready because it still needed an alignment. 30 minutes went by, I saw my car in a parking spot and asked about if it was ready. Once again, I couldn't get anyone to acknowledge me. Finally, I was told the alignment was still not complete. I told them I was paying my bill and leaving immediately without the alignment. This location is a disaster. Will never come back to this location and certainly wouldn't recommend to others."

"Billy, the manager, has zero integrity. I told the manager my car wasn't driveable, they drove my car, broke the axle and left in the parking lot, and pretended like he didn't know why the car wasn't moving. The car wasn't moving because he broke the axle by driving a car where the wheel was barely on the car. I never even got the front-end diagnosis at all. My car was left in the middle of the parking lot. I am still hoping that corporate will step in and make this right!! These are picks of my car towed to Firestone in a parking space. How did it get to the middle of the parking lot with a broken axle?"

"I believe I may make this my go to place for alignments. They have the lifetime alignment (which is a great deal, and easily pays for itself in about two alignments) but their cheerful service and good attitudes really made the difference. I was well greeted and had entertaining small talk as I dropped the car off. They had it on the rack before my ride arrived to pick me up, and had it done quickly. It's definitely the staff that can make the difference in a business."
