"I was excited to bring my minivan to Jack, as he had so many great reviews online. I was having three issues, only one of which i needed him to diagnose, and just wanted a reasonable price for all of the work that needed to be done. I found out the hard way that he does not give everyone equally great service. I brought my van in at 9am on Monday. Was told he wouldn’t have time to look at it until the next day, as there were two or three cars ahead of mine, but that I would receive a call with an estimate for the work to be done. I let him know that i need my van for work, so i needed it back as soon as possible. Didn’t get a call until 4:30pm on Wednesday asking how to unlock my van. Nothing on Thursday. I called on Friday only to find out that he still had not even tried to diagnose the issues I was having. He apologized for being “behind schedule.” At that point it was obvious that he was intentionally putting my van off and taking other clients while my van sat in the parking lot all week. I am disgusted and would not recommended this place to anyone. Unless you really just don’t need your vehicle."

"Jack and Brian are amazing!! They have both helped me out numerous times!! They both are great mechanics and just plain honest and friendly gentlemen. Brian quoted me $20 to change a headlight out in my BMW. Little did he know it would take him over two hours to fix!! When he was finished I asked how much considering it was much more time consuming than he originally thought. He says $20! I was shocked!! I gave him all of the cash I had and I have been using them ever since! I definitely recommend!!!"
