"I have always given Pauls great reviews, but this last time, not quite as pleased. I was told be there at 8am when they opened to get my car in and out quickly. 2 hrs + is kind of a long wait for an oil change. I wasn’t particularly pleased with the $82 charge either for pure synthetic oil when two oil changes before it was $65, but I forgot to ask first, that’s on me. I am trusting they did a good job. One pleasant bit about the wait was having an interesting conversation with two others waiting."

"I brought my car in due to overheating. Paul's took care of that no problem for a fair price. A bonus is they told me that the engine was misfiring. Now that had been going on for several years and I had it to the dealership twice over that time and they were stumped. I gave up on getting it fixed. Paul's diagnosed and fixed the problem for very low price. It's been running perfectly since. Did I mention that I had the car towed there Wednesday afternoon and it was ready Friday afternoon?.
