"Nancy sent me the wrong prescription. However I did not notice it till after I was taking it and having suicidal tendencies. That's when I realized the medication was incorrect. They fix the problem, but no sorry no nothing. Now my medication is very critical that I get it on time and they messed up and I went a day and a half without my pain medication and in pain. I've had enough of Manson pharmacy. I do love Inez though."

"Yesterday 12/18/2023 I had a bad experience with the pharmacist. I am not sure where she’s from but she looked Philippines to me. I wrongfully jotted down my daughter’s DOB on the prescription. Well, mistake happens and it’s not like I do that often. So, she got aggressive and letting the cashier know that I shouldn’t have done that despite of her being busy and going thru the computer waisting her time. I responded to her by saying this will be my last time here and you’ll never see my face again. Immediately she would approached me to return my prescriptions that were given to her 10 minutes prior and telling me to leave the store now before getting kicked out. Do I look like a street bum that I should be thrown out? My family is huge and many of my friends and family living in same neighborhood. My parents, siblings and myself having 100s of medications from here monthly. Everyone knows me at the store pretty I believe due to the fact that I am always there picking up medications for the entire family and unfortunately I was not given any respect. Being in America for 35 yrs I never seen an aggressive pharmacist til yesterday. She was very rude and people like her shouldn’t be part of the busy environment. If you can’t take pressures then you’re not the right person for this job. I was extremely disappointed and therefore all my family members in briarwood will be informed. This matter will be discussed with the doctors as well. Good luck!"

"This pharmacy is not what it used to be. The old owner made sure everything was either given to you with ease or delivered on time. If your medication was not available or any problems with your prescription you would get a phone call, now they don’t call you if there is any problems and you will be left wondering and having to call them. And now the majority of the staff are so nasty. I am transferring all my medications from this pharmacy and so is my entire family because they too have had the same problems."

"Most unreliable pharmacy in my 53 years in New York; save your time go somewhere else. I have been calling almost everyday to remind them abount an order thats 2 weeks old for delivery; they dont know what theyre doing and I think they really dont give a dam. They dont diserve my business. How they got 4 stars Id like to know... from me not even one!"
