He was thorough with his explanation and also gave me another option too. I am glad I changed too."

"I called to ask a couple questions about the vaccine and the pharmacy "supervisor" was very rude and nonchalant about my needs or even answering the questions I had. His response was "idk, go check somwehere else". Honestly if you don't like your job, you can quit to let someone else do it. 9/6/2023 at 10am."

"I used to get my Covid tests done at this pharmacy and they were great. Then I tried switching some prescriptions here, thinking it might by better at a mom and pop than at a Duane Reade and it was a huge mistake. First the pharmacist told me that if I used them for one prescription, I had to switch all my prescriptions there, which was quite strange. Then my doctor sent a refill for a medication that I fill every 4 weeks, and the same pharmacist told me that regardless of what the doctor says, they will only fill the prescription after one calendar month because “that’s just their policy”. To clarify I asked him “so regardless of the doctor’s dosage, you won’t fill it to comply with his instructions?” And he said that was correct and then told me not to bother sending any more prescriptions there. What???"
