"I bought an item here and when I got home, to open it, I realized the product was already opened. I took it back and spoke with the manager who is at the cashier's registry,he said there was nothing he could do and claims that the product was NOT opened when purchased.VERY POOR customer service here. A refund or exchange of product was not offered. He is a black,mixed short stump guy with straight hair I will post his name soon.. The other workers stood by and didn't even offered any help. My advice take your business somewhere else. Update : You contradict yourself you cannot take back an open medication as it's a health violation, well neither should you be selling it to customers.. Very disappointed and as an influencer I willake sure my review is well broadcast. Train your employees how to properly address matters of this sort..All he had to do was offer an exchange."

"The staffs and the pharmacist are very professional and helpful. They do whatever it takes to help their customers and provides outstanding customer service. Even if you have a question and call the pharmacy, you will not be placed on hold for long at all and the pharmacist is always available unlike rite aid on flatland who will place you on hold until you get tired and hang up. ABO is the best!! Wilson and Anna are the best!!! They are very attentive, professional, and really care about their customers. Besides these two who really stands out, overall, the staffs are wonderful."

"I have been dealing with this pharmacy for almost a year. They are one of the few places that was capable of supplying my daughter’s medical formula. She needs this formula to maintain regular brain functions. The formula was shipped to my home. Over the year there have been several billing issues with them. There were times that the formula was not sent out, and times when the wrong item was delivered. Today I called to inquire why I hadn’t received a recent shipment. A very nasty customer service representative claimed I had been called and informed that they would no longer be able to fill the prescription. I was never contacted by them. So now my daughter will have to go without until I can find a new supplier. The communication with this company has been poor since the beginning. I would not recommend using this pharmacy for mail delivery as they can not be trusted to communicate and properly fill specialty prescriptions. I hope the new management makes some major changes to this pharmacy."
