"They do deliver but when the item received and asked for exchange medicine. 1st they say they will exchange and we waited 2 hours. They (was a guy) say it really been delivered. Than 1 hour later still doesn't get the exchange item. Call them back a lady trying gave us hard time on the phone and she try charge the item again. At the end we gave up and refused to pay. My child in bad shape in CoV and that is how they treated their CoV customers."
