I found Rx Choice to be my home pharmacy, Howard, and the other pharmacists are not only caring, but kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in their practice. Even the people at the front desk who handle answering the phones are always such a pleasure to speak to. They reassure that when you come to here whether it be for medication, or over the counter items that you are going to be treated like family. "This pharmacy has dispensed medicine for my family for over 10 years. 10 years ago, the lady who worked there gave me her personal cell phone number to help me with a fax I needed for my son's medication. Patient, caring and kind. The 3 stars is for the years of service to our community. 10 years later, this same lady raised her voice, becoming more unwilling to answer any more questions ("I don't understand why you don't get it. I explained everything clearly, etc.") when I asked about how to use an inhaler and chamber and when I asked for some itemized receipts to submit. Howard the pharmacist excused her behavior as "we are closing soon". I do not want your pharmacy to shut down but it will be a long while before I patronize your business again. You have lost my trust. For a minute I was considering whether to purchase my medicine as well as inhaler and accessories at Amazon but thought it would serve the community better to support my neighborhood businesses. If you feel that answering a patient's concerns and printing out a few extra receipts justifies this reaction, you may want to reflect whether you are in the right business, which is serving your community with respect."
