CVS Pharmacy

"I should have listened to all the reviews before making this my primary pharmacy. I called for a prescription refill because I do not know my prescription number. The gentleman who answered the phone told me he could not find me in the system and to go to another pharmacy because they are “closing” I said I really needed my prescription and he could not care less. I said thank you anyways and he immediately hung up without saying anything. I have never been to a worse pharmacy or experience worse customer experience from someone that should have just done their job and had no reason for being rude"

"This pharmacy is so difficult to deal with. You talk to three different people and you get three different answers. They put medications on hold and then forget about them unless you harass them for days on end. You are forewarned. Do not use this pharmacy."

"This cvs is horrible. You are going to wait at least 25 min to pick up your prescription. On too of that, they always have prescriptions on hold for no reason, and do very little to help the customer in the situation. Staff is almost always very rude"

"I’ve genuinely never been so confused by a CVS. I’ve called three times and even went in person to try and get a refill of my birth control. Each time I was met with an attitude because I still had 4 pills left. One even said to me “Most people call when they have one left.” I’m not going to apologize for trying to be prepared and not wait til the last second? And then they insisted they couldn’t refill it per the insurance. And told me to call my insurance for an override. So I called my insurance and they told me that it had been ready for refill for A WEEK!!! The insurance saw no record of rejection from a pharmacy either. So these technicians were simply being stubborn and refused to try all along. I called them back, the technician gave me the same shpiel as the last few times and said no, and then I insisted they just TRY and voila. Refill was accepted by insurance! What an absolute joke."
