"I feel so fortunate to have this little pharmacy in my neighborhood. The customer service is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always have my prescription ready when they say it will be ready. The store is also stocked with a large selection of OTC medications and supplies. There’s no need for me to use a big chain store. Shop local!"
"The definition of friendly neighborhood pharmacist. They always call to let me know my meds are ready or if there’s a stock issue they let me know ahead of time and when my meds will be available. If there’s any problem with my prescription they call both me and my doctor to straighten it out. I truly feel like their top priority is making sure I’m taken care of. This will be my pharmacy as long as I live in the area. Thank you for always caring about me!!"
"This pharmacy is ultimate, love this"
"Love this pharmacy ! The whole staff is very kind and the pharmacy is very welcoming. All my medications were dispensed perfectly and their prices for their OTC items are great ! They are very understanding and effective. The place is very clean and COVID-19 friendly. They also deliver rx one time a month which is very convenient to those who have come out of surgery or are in quarantine. I will refer as many people as I know to this pharmacy"
"Called for assistance and woman answering phone made it clear she is not knowledgeable in any pharmacy or insurance lingo but gave her a pass because she could be new to the job. Went in person and same woman at register was not wearing a mask (minus 1 star). Regardless of your beliefs, it's required in NYS right now. On top of all this, I get the Rx and find that the pills were dispensed in an incorrect quantity (minus 1 star) and labeled incorrectly (minus 2 stars). THIS IS A SERIOUS OFFENSE! The term Gross Negligence comes to mind. (Background on me: I am a Juris Doctor who used to negotiate hospital contracts for the most prolific insurance company in the world.) Pharmacy is quick to apologize but someone could have been killed depending on what medications are dispensed/labeled so haphazardly. I had to Google the NDC and cross reference with the description of the physical pill to make sure I am following correct dosing information. As a client/patient, I should NOT have to go to this extent. Normally, a pharm tech or even cashier at a mom & pop could catch this type of mistake. Full disclosure: photos attached were edited to redact information for patient privacy (patient personal info, drug name, identifying markings on capsules)."
