"The worse. Mistake after mistake, delay, confusion. Just called about what looks to be an error on my prescription, was given an ludicrous explanation and then put on hold so that reportedly the pharmacist could explain it to me. Held for 2O or 30 minutes more and then was cut off."

"FedEx label printing not available here despite what it says online. Both the store and the pharmacy are extremely disorganized, and some employees are unhelpful and downright rude. I go out of my way to avoid this Walgreens/Duane Reade."

"One of the “managers” a short haired African American woman with an accent is the rudest nastiest persons at that location. I tried to explain my situation to her and she put her hand till me shhh to wait while she listened to her cashier Indira who was also disgusting. Overall my digital coupon was not attaching and they had me pay and reimbursed me with wc. I did as they asked but yet they were so upset to reimburse me my $5. Upset as hell. However the “manager” read and saw my coupon was valid and had to reimburse me. Why are they mad that the coupon their company provided wasn’t attaching is beyond me. As I proceeded to the front of the store they thought I left and started talking about me extremely loud. The security at that time was a cop and told me they are all miserable in there."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This location has been my go to Walgreens. The staff has always been friendly and polite Needless to day, I never had any issues until tonight when I met the most IGNORANT head pharmacist who thinks he's a doctor because he has on a white coat. I purchased a blood pressure machine. During the purchase I was told that my insurance doesnt cover the machine, so I paid out of pocket. Unbeknown to me, I was given a wrist machine, which is unreliable. I went back to exchange it and THIS head pharmacist tried to explain that he can't make an exchange. First, he said my insurance paid for the machine.. I told him no. Then he changed his story and suggested I buy another machine. I gave him a piece of my mind. I've never come across such an IGNORANT individual!!!!!!! Walgreens, please do better."
