"Worst Duane reade location I’ve ever been to. Super short staffed, all fridges with beverages locked and no one would open them, waited for 15 minutes nobody has time to assist. I ended up asking the cashier to open the redbull fridge near the register , and the guy gave me an attitude , also the fridge wasn’t working all drinks were warm. What a disaster."
"Made an appointment for a vaccination. When I arrived, it took them 10 minutes to check me into the system. They gave me paperwork to fill out that I filled out online. I’ve been here for 30 minutes and still no vaccine shot. This has been my home pharmacy for years and I’m done coming here. Abysmal service."
