"The pharmacist told me outright that he will only fill the medication I need for people who are students at NYU or the New School. I’ve lived in NYC all my life and never heard of anything of the sort … this practice does not seem at all ethical, and I suspect some corruption. Wish i could give 0 stars"

"Terrible. Inefficient and very rude service. The pharmacists keep changing. Simon is mocking and acts as if he might do you a favor by giving you your prescriptions. After many years I will consider another pharmacy. I am av 9/11 survivor and have many prescriptions. Dread goin g to CVS now.I asked for a regional manager,s number but was told find it on my own."

"I have a prescription for an opioid that helps with migraines. CVS wouldn't fill it. Wouldn't let me pay cash as the doctor noted on the script. It was a horrible experience as the pharmacist was arrogant, rude and just plain mean. I will NEVER step inside a CVS again."

"While the pharmacists were nice, the service was terrible, it took them almost 12 hours to fill the prescription, and we had to keep calling them and going there to remind them all day. On top of it all, there are 5 pills out of 20 missing! So now I have to go back there again to report it."
