"I don't know what changed in the last year or so, but the recent bad reviews are totally merited. I don't recall having such bad experiences here in the past, but there's always something off lately. Doctor confirms a prescription was called in and accepted, and I go there and they don't have a record of it. Or they tell me my 13 month old daughter's prescription is for something they can't fill because it's OTC (when it's absolutely not). Or they almost give me the powder when the doctor called in for the cream. Or they tell me it'll ready by 2, and I get there at 2 and they say "I told you 2:30." Sometimes I get a script filled with no issue, but there shouldn't be as many issues with getting the medicine our family is being prescribed -- just fill it right the first time."

"Absolutely incompetent pharmacists and workers. You can wait 30 minutes with one person in line ahead of you just to pick up your prescription that is ready for pick up. An automated machine will call you repeatedly that your prescription is ready for pick up and half of the time it isn’t ready when you arrive. This place is an absolute mess."

"I have given the staff here the benefit of the doubt for the past 6 months and I have absolutely had it. Every single prescription has an issue. I have never had a prescription ready on time. No one answers the phone. I have never seen any pharmacy, or any business for that matter, so poorly managed. Do not go here, especially if you are an older person because you will have to visit everyday and hound them and waste hours upon hours waiting. They need a complete overhaul. It should be illegal to take so long to fill prescriptions that have withdrawal symptoms. The way they operate is extremely dangerous and shows a complete lack of care for their customers’ well-being."

"Avoid at all costs. Like many others, if I could give this 0 stars, I would. Had a script sent here, and when I went to pick it up 2 days later, they looked me up and said it wasn’t there. Then when I get out of the line I was waiting for 10 mins to call the doctor, the doctor confirms it was received. Then I go back into another 10 min line and the receptionist says it was a duplicate profile. Then they tell me they don’t have the drug in stock. Then they tell me they can do a partial fill. Then they can’t check other pharmacies that have it. Turns out other people in line had the other issues, two said insurance got rejected (but both were unchanged), two others just didn’t have the Rx ready like mine."

"Often times prescriptions are cancelled without notice. Often times the excuse is that insurance doesn't cover the medication. Well, did you ever think that I might just be ok with paying the cost out of pocket?? At least contact me before cancelling. As an aside, there is a high turnover rate for pharmacists at this place. So, you never see that same pharmacist for more than a year (2 years tops). There is obviously an underlying problem with this pharmacy, if they can't retain any of their pharmacists."
