"In late October 2023, we had two appointments for my husband and myself for COVID-19 Booster at 5:20 and 5:40. We have a toddler and arrived at 5:00 PM to make sure tue process can be performed efficiently and as quick as possible since a toddler’s patience is very limited. We waited there for 50 minutes despite requesting an expedite, but the operator kept saying it is in the process. Also, there was no one else in line before us so they were not busy admitting other people. We ended up leaving without getting the booster after an hour of waiting. Terrible customer service all around."

"This is the worst of the worst pharmacy ever!! I had made appointment for RSV vaccine and went there and was told Medicaid does not cover it. I said should be covered for people over 60 and the immuno compromised, they said no. I left and checked with CVS and said of course it's covered. I just made the appointment in the store and got it like 20 minutes after. Staff there also were rude and NEVER picked up the phone at all. I then returned to this Walgreens and they said CVS covers but they are not accepting my insurance. I blared out loud and said it's insurance from the government and stormed away. I should even give minus stars for this pharmacy."

"The evening of July, 13, 2023 a thief store a candle and dropped it right in front of their store. I informed the me manager because we in the neighborhood walk out dogs and he said he didn't care. Lazy and not a member of our community."

"This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are now only open weekends, and then on top of that, they close without notice during the week - and if you need the script that was e-prescribed there, you are screwed. The woman at the register provides inaccurate information, which you rely on and then wonder where your medicine is. . I switched to Rite Aid. They never answer their phone but they are open six days a week - and do not close when they are supposed to be open."
