"The people working are kind and helpful, but the operations are routinely incorrect. I have called numerous times to let them know my address has changed and they still send medicine to my old address. I had to call numerous times to get a certain medication turned off auto-refill. And I’ve had to call numerous times to change my preferences to have medicine mailed to me instead of a carrier, usually because the address they give the carrier is my old address. The first and last issues create waste and real inconvenience for the carriers who end up at the wrong address or at a time when I not at our home to accept the medication. I’m starting to wonder why my doctor recommended this pharmacy."
