"Audi of Jacksonville (Orange) repair quote to replace my defective radiator part and reprogram the vehicle ACC systems on my Audi Q7: $3800.00!!! No way and no thank you!!! H&H Auto Service quote: $1600. H&H final bill: $842 and the final bill included some additional items that the Audi "highway (haha) robbery" quote didn't cover!! Over quote and under bill...what a great way to provide such great service and what a wonderful experience. These guys are great. Bruce at H&H figured out how to replace the part that Audi said required the entire bumper and bumper system to be removed and reinstalled and, after which, would require a reprograming of the cars ACC system. WRONG! Oh, and for Audi to tell me what was wrong, they charged me $300 for their quote. Thank you Bruce, John and the entire H&H Team."

They were very prompt and courteous in taking a look at the damage, and they were able to pull the plastic and metal shields off so at least we could safely drive until we got back home.
