No lollipops on the counter in case your feelings get hurt, no therapist on duty to help you through your experience……just relax and enjoy dealing with some real people without your face in a cellphone screen for a change. "Okay. T&T gunnery has definitely had it's ups and downs. Years ago, when Hank used to work here, the store was great. Was also packed most of the time. Then right after Hank left, the store went way down hill. All the regulars stopped going there, including myself. However, I honestly believe that T&T gunnery is making a big turn around for themselves. 2 weeks ago, I walked in, and was greeted by one of the salesman behind the counter in a very friendly manner. I was browsing the 22 rifles and decided to purchase a Mossberg 802 bolt action 22. I left a deposit and came back the next day to pick up the rifle. Transaction went well. The only thing is that they couldn't find the box for the rifle. But I don't keep the boxes anyway when I purchase a new gun so that didn't matter to me. Since they couldn't find the box, they gave me a Free soft rifle case. They apologized for not finding the box and I said no problem. Actually, I got better service here than hunter sports in massapequa. I'm very satisfied with T&T. Even Marty's son Thomas is much more friendly to customers."
