"REV charges fees that are buried in the footnotes. There are no Saturday hours at any REV branch, so that is very inconvenient if you work. The main reason my family members and I will be leaving REV is due to the horrid telephone customer service. Rude, unhelpful, angry, and did I mention rude? We have been paying them to make money off my money and share NONE of that earned interest with me as interest to my accounts. .3% on a money market account while they are making around 5% is a racket. We provide all the capital and they make all the money. It is a scam. The topper is to be treated badly in the process. This credit union is among the worst."

I needed to conduct banking business with the shared branch CU from where I just moved from (Carbondale, IL, for you people if you're following me [it's apparently an internet thing]) and Charlie totally nailed it! I knew banking could be this easy, but Charlie met all my expectations, and was super happy to do so...also gave me great advice and recommendations for the area! I got my sexy REV debit card right then and there, so amazing!"
