"Horrible service as I sat at the counter the ladies sat there and held a general conversation about random things. About two customers came in and was serve before me. The young lady finally came and ask if I needed help and gave me a half hearted apology for the wait."

"I paid to have very important time sensitive documents Certified Mailed. A month later the mail was returned for POSTAGE which I paid $13.73 for through the UPS store #6505 in Moncks Corner. Since I had to retrieve my mail from my local post office, I proceed with resending the Same mail out Again certified mail paying for the Second time, due to the wrongful postage placed on by The UPS store. Afterwards, I went to explain the issue along with showing proof of my return mail due to their mistake & I politely request a refund explaining to them that I had to pay Again for a service they incorrectly provided. They refuse to refund me nor compensate me for their mistake along with telling me I should've brought it back for them to resend it!?!?...Why would I entrust this business to resend my documents through this location again? I will NEVER do business with this location again & will also contacting the corporate office to inform them of this very poor customer service and location. Highly NOT Recommended! Just go directly through the post office or another business for any services they provide."
