Domino's Pizza

"My order left the store at 2:37 and I live 8 minutes away. The update in the app has shown the driver is 3 minutes away for at least 20 minutes. I called the store for an update after waiting 30 minutes and no update or change in the delivery time. The food is definitely cold now. I spoke to a representative for an update who clearly did not care at all. She didn’t even check on my order. Just said it was being delivered. So I explained how long it has been and she asked for my address and then immediately said it was being delivered again. Absolutely dumbfounded at the lack of delivery service and customer service. I am writing this review and it’s been 40 minutes since “Dean” left the store. Still no delivery."

"We order from this Dominos Pizza probably 3 times per month and have for about 4 years. Only one time have I ever had an issue and although they didn't fix it, which I was disappointed, I am still giving them a 5 Star for all the good food we have received. Thank you."

"Not sure why this location has such bad reviews. I ordered late on a Friday night and pizza came in 20 minutes, the pizza was cooked to perfection, and ordering was easy. I see a lot negative reviews but many people in this area forget that most employees are either teenagers or good employees who get over worked. I overall enjoyed my pizza and will definitely be ordering again."

"We ordered a pizza for delivery around 730pm, maybe earlier. The delivery time was projected to be before 8pm so we opted for that instead of picking up. Around 815 we call because we have kids that need dinner and to get ready for bed. They say he’s on the way. We continue to wait in the front yard, then my husband sees it’s marked Delivered. Sure wasn’t! We didn’t see it being dropped to anyone on our street either. We called and the guy at the shop didn’t know where the guy was and said he’d call him, but then we didn’t hear back and after calling again the guy said he thought we got it. We didn’t get it!!!"

"I noticed a lot of bad reviews. So here is a fair one that is from a new customer, and comes from where Domino's started in Ann Arbor. Had many pizzas from this company. Customer service on the phone was very good. Service coming in was ok. And the quality was mediocre compared to corporate standards. People need to realize this is probably a franchise and with the economy the way it is, you have younger people working with sub par ethics. At least they are trying! I've had fast food in the area, that rates EXTREMELY BAD! I say give them a another try as they will improve as time goes on."
