"It's your family pharmacy store, the people who work there are like family. They know your name and actually know you. Really good people that care. The store is a treasure and I highly recommend if your looking for a gift for that one person that has everything. It's not your cold heartless corporate box store. It's a good old fashioned local business, built with hard work & heart, (no huge corporate office, that swindles it's way out of paying it's fair share, so it's CEOs can fatten their pockets) a local business that deserves to be supported by it's neighborhood. Remember you get what you give and a smile is always free."

"I've been going to Smith's for a while with no problems. However, this past Saturday I got to the pharmacy approx. 2:52pm and I know they close at 3pm. The closed signed was on the door but the lights were on and you could see there were people in there. I tapped on the door lightly, just to see if getting my RX was a possibility and a middle aged dark hair woman began approaching with RAGE in her eyes. She just looked without saying a word behind the locked door. I was extremely polite, I was smiling and I apologetically asked if there was any way I could pick up one ex really quick. She stared at me really nasty and I pointed out I tried to make better timing but I didn't think it was 3 o clock just yet . She opened the door and said to me really nasty" ITS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!" "Who are you?" She demanded. I told her my name. She walked back into the pharmacy must have sighed really loudly about 8 times and proceeded to treat me like a piece of garbage. The pharmacist came out to give me my meds smiled and said cheerfully" Happy Easter" Its such a shame how one rude worker can end a relationship that lasted years, but I will not go back and take the chance of being treated like that again."

"What a fabulous guy! My 8 week old grand daughter was sick and we needed a nebulizer asap. We called after the store closed and explained we needed it asap. This gentlemen stayed in store after hours and waited for us to drive over and get the nebulizer. If you dont use this pharmacy i recommend you do that is fabulous customer service and the heart businesses today are lacking. Thank you so much for your kindness and help we are customers for life!"
