"HORIBLE Customer service, HORIBLE Communication, Time management was awful and they're Racist to all malonated skin. These people knew I had to tow my truck in for an diagnose. "OBVIOUSLY" my vehicle is not running which they were aware of that. Week later no phone calls from this shop no communication what's so ever. This shop took a week to tell me that nothing can be done to my vehicle because it is not running in order to perform a diagnose. This shop is LAZY does not care about customer needs. Giving me excuse that they're under staff but have not communicated to let me know I needed my truck to be running in order to get diagnose done when they already knew my truck was being towed in the first place. I WILL NEVER DO BUSSINES HERE AND I SUGGEST YOU WONT TOO."

"I was scheduled to go back for the 2 week checkup on the vehicle that the transmission was fixed on. I went back twice in order to get that done but all I got were excuses. Now I have been set up for a third appointment for next week .This time I hope that someone is actually there that will be able resolve my issues.I still have not gotten the hoses for the heater or the air conditioner put back on. There was nothing wrong with either one.If there was a hole in anything then there would not be anyway for the air to cool at all or the heater to heat at all. The vehicle was heating and cooling perfectly before the transmission got fixed."
