The service received at Sylvania Ford was the BEST purchase of a motor vehicle I've ever experienced (June of 2023). Mr. Ken Thomas, the sales mgr., was not a fast talker, wait in this room, hold on, type manager. He was kind, polite, helpful, and step by step, he explained each step to me. Matt, the sales rep., he too represented the company very well. Then you finally go into the little room with the financial mgr. And guess what? He too scored high on our list. They called him Zack. I'm just writing my review because I was waiting until after my first oil and service visit. The Service After the Sale is just as important to me as the sale.
