Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Reserved a rental for 6 pm arrived 15 minutes early. Then waited for my friend to get my card at home because they will not use Apple Pay if you have an out of state license. You have to have a physical credit card which is crazy since nowadays everything is on the phone digitally. Friend arrived at 6:02 literally and they were already walking out the door. Was not able to take my fight that night. Why have someone be able to reserve a car at 6pm if staff cannot stay 10 or 15 minutes after 6. This is why I avoid Enterprise."

"The best place for car rentals. You can get here from Clemson either by Uber or by the Seneca bus. The cars they have are amazing! They take really good care of their cars. The prices are a bit high, but the more you rent, the more offers you get. The rental reservation is hassle-free and you can reserve your car within minutes. There are no cancelation charges. The staff members are really helpful and friendly and they explain you all the details. The rental agreement process is very easy and you get your car within minutes. I prefer only enterprise for my rental car needs."

"Car was nice. But during pickup the agent didn’t fully inspect the car (opening glovebox or looking in passenger side) and I was stuck with the bill for damage made by previous renters. My fault for not also checking still frustrating"
