"Terrible customer service. They either never pick up the phone or rudely hang up on you."
"I was frustrated from being turned away at the CVS for a COVID booster and a flu shot, because they tell you you don't need an appointment but then you show up and they tell you you do. But the pharmacist here, Maegen, was incredibly kind and patient, and made room for me. I am so so grateful to her for her kindness, because it meant I was able to get my shots before going home to see family for Thanksgiving next week. Thank you!!"
"Always a poor experience at this location. FedEx indicates that this location is an approved drop off location which automatically includes the ability to print the label based on QR code. The rep refused to print it off and was rude and unprofessional."
"Very rude workers! Don’t know nothing about customers service lazy and gossiping in Dominican Spanish ! One rude manager ignores and forgets that customers are waiting for her lazy … to move and not hide around and to don’t ignore the waiting people first"
"What a disaster of a pharmacy. My prescriptions got automatically transferred here when the Rite Aid on Broadway closed. I never knew how good I had it! This Walgreens called me multiple times to pick up a prescription of blood pressure meds. I went on Saturday to get them - but when I arrived they were completely closed, all day. On a Saturday. So I went back again yesterday on Monday, only to be told that they not only didn't have my meds but had no record of ever getting the order from my doctor. I told them THEY HAD CALLED ME MULTIPLE TIMES to pick it up, to no avail. And it's not particularly close to my house. Just an absolute mess of a business. Now looking for a new pharmacy."
