Walgreens Pharmacy 1710 Crosby Avenue, The Bronx, NY 10461

"The short rotund "Karen" pharmacist at this Walgreen's pharmacy is the absolute rudest, nastiest person I have ever had the misfortunate of dealing with. I would rather use ANY other pharmacy than this one again. I will take my business elsewhere but not before I file a complaint with Walgreens corporate office. She should not be dealing with the public at all, let alone people who are sick or in need of medication. I truly hope something is done about her! This pharmacy needs a new pharmacist stat!! Also, don't have your prescriptions filled here if you want/need them on time. I have received texts that my "prescription is ready" for pickup hours after I have already called several times and picked it up and that is just the beginning. I should have written this review months ago - my apologies. But you have now been warned - Beware!"

"They fill my prescriptions on time, but they keep billing the wrong insurance, and they never bother to confirm which insurance was used for the previous medication. But the drive-through is somewhat fast if you avoid going during lunchtime."

"Don’t come here if you expect things to go quickly or smoothly. Waited an hour for a vaccine with an appt. As for prescriptions they won’t fill certain medications because they don’t want to order it. They do not let you know when your meds are ready because they’re never ready on time. And on top of all this, they are RUDE. When I asked how much longer I was given an attitude and ignored! After already waiting 40 mins, when there were no other appts and no line to pick up prescriptions."
