"I had a dilemma with my rental car related to the engine the day before my flight in Charleston SC and had to get it towed...no Uber or left drivers were available from 5:30am to 7am the next morning. However I called Green Taxi service in Orangeburg SC and Rodney saved the day....he was friendly & provided fast service to Charleston Airport from Orangeburg SC in spite of the three traffic delays and I caught my 9:57am flight ✈️ ..."
"If I could rate Rodney a below zero star I would! I was told 40.00 for the service then he charged 60.00 cash only. The van he drove dirty and beat up. His teenage son was sleeping in the front seat. He had music blaring the ride. This guy is beyond unprofessional. Beware- you have been warned!!"
"Worst taxi company ever literally made me wait 4 hours kept telling me he was coming and otw never showed up and get mad at me cause I told him I'm not paying $40 for eating my time. Dude had the nerve to charge me $40 just to go 5 miles gtfoh Uber way cheaper found a ride fa $9.82"
"As everyone knows orangeburg is a small somewhat rual city I have family there and they work everyday to live. The bus line isn't available so I called this company to help a family member, I was willing to pay weekly for them to get to work so they can move into a better residence. This man said he will charge $30 for 2.2 miles at 7am a DAY FOR ONE WAY!!!!!. HOW CAN SOMEONE SURVIVE??? Living there it's hard to find Apartments either you make too much which I don't understand or somewhere you really can't live. So you pay $300 weekly to stay in a hotel so you work to have a roof over your head and just to do That you have people that's willing to charge $300 A WEEK to get there. So someone who is trying to succeed must come up with $300 a week to get to work and $300 to have a roof. SMH THATS 600 A WEEK AND 2400 A MONTH THERE IS NO WAY...."
"Was in a bind on a holiday weekend and needed a 1.15 hr taxi ride to the airport- this was the only service available for this time frame... got quoted 165$ For the ride and I took it because it’s all I could get; Upon arrival, The driver had another passenger (his girlfriend). The car was a 2006 (or so) Honda Accord. Tried to put mine and my girlfriends luggage in the trunk, but the trunk was filled with clothes so we had to put a large luggage bag in between us in the back seat- making it impossible to buckle our seatbelts properly... to make matters worse- not even 5 minutes into our trip to the airport, we pulled into a gas station and the driver immediately asked for my fare and when I handed him 175$ he asked me if I meant to give him what I did... I felt uncomfortable in the situation so I coughed up more money basically totaling 200$... 45 minutes of the ride was spent listening to deep southern rap music on max volume through blown speakers... the vehicle itself had a transmission that was slipping and definitely needed new tires and alignment. Unsafe and unprofessional; I felt like I was in a different world with this taxi service and I’m just glad we made it to the airport to leave this place. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a ride and/or wait it out for another day to get a different taxi service!"
