"If I could give no starts, I would. Customer service doesn’t exist to the pharmacist gentleman or the short black haired girl. They ganged up on me about my husbands medical card and called me unreasonable because I wanted to send the prescription to Walgreens instead. Turned the lights off on me as I was leaving since they were closing and I almost tripped over the dirty aisles. I support small and local businesses always, but not when that means they can have no guidelines for customer service and condone flat out being rude. Also they rather you pay cash instead of insurance and make you feel horrible if you don’t. Telling me “ don’t you want to get your child’s prescription.” The 5 star rating is probably from the ethnic class they treat well. As for us minorities, stay far away!"
