"i have had family staying in apartments owned by chase for years. and for ALL of those years they have had roaches, rats, and leaky ceilings. the electric circuits are bad and god forbid if they want hotter water. the only thing they did was put plastic gutters that are breaking not even a year after install and they drilled useless holes for termites! no one in that neighborhood i’ve talked with has ever seen a termite! they don’t help with rodents or pests or fixing appliances. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. they raised rent from $500 to $700 WITH NO RENOVATIONS EVER DONE. and now they are renting apartments in the neighborhood for $850!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY HERE."

"On advantage, I bring home around $6,000 a month…after taxes about $4,600. I wanted to apply for a home that was $1595 a month. I was told by Chase that I did not meet the income requirements. They want 4x the rent according to your net pay; not gross. I am currently paying $1495 for rent and NEVER BEEN LATE. They make it difficult to do business with them. Which makes it 2x more difficult if you’re a single parent. I guess you have to be a neurosurgeon to rent a home for $1500-$1600 a month according to these people. But after reading most reviews, I am happy I did not get accepted anyway. Just giving heads-up to future tenants."

"The renter is last on their priority list. Despite multiple requests for them to take care of an electrical issue, they never resolved it and my house caught fire. The electrician who surveyed the damage afterwards noted the wiring was repaired on the cheap multiple times in multiple places. They made no effort to find a place for me to stay afterwards. For weeks I had to breath in particles from the asbestos, lead paint, and plastic that burned. The best they could do was $375 off my rent for a month. The people you speak with at the company are rude, disrespectful, and make it known that you're an annoyance. Finally they charged me $100 for fridge removal to remove the fridge that was provided when I moved in. Rent from somewhere else."

"They act nice to get you in the door but the second you need anything or have questions they treat you awful. House was infested with possums and we then got charged extra for having flees, even though they came from the possums that the house was infested with. Would not ever recommend renting from them."
